Description-
MOSFET transistor IRF840 has a maximum drive current of 8A and a maximum operating voltage of 500V.This transistor is capable of performing both amplification and toggling. As a high-speed switching transistor, it finds utility in applications that necessitate rapid load switching between input sources. To achieve saturation, a minimal voltage ranging from 2V to 4V is required.
