• Once a cash on delivery or COD (as referd to Cash on Delivery in the followin points as well) order is placed, the buyer will get an order confirmation call in 24 business hours.

• To prevent willful/deliberate abuse of our COD policy, buyers chosing to place COD orders, will need to pay a small non-refundable advance COD security fee of Rs.40/- while on the call via UPI, QR Code or Payment link or any other applicable modes (if any mentioned) during the call.

• The COD security fee is charged over an above the order amount and is non-refundable.

• Max COD order amount is Rs.599. if the COD order value is above Rs.599, you will need to make advance payment for the excess amount + COD security Fee otherwise the order will not be process and eventually be cancelled after 1-2 days.

In case the buyer rejects a COD order at the time of delivery, no refund shall be given. Also, any future COD orders from the buyer will be cancelled. They will only be able to place pre-paid orders in future.

• In case the buyer doesn't answer the order confirmation call twice or refuses to pay the COD security fee, the order will not be processed and eventually get cancelled in a few hours.​

• The COD security fee will not be refunded in case the buyer requests for a refund or return on a COD order as this is a non reversible expense we incur with our courier service provider.

• DEPOKE reserves all rights to cancel a COD order and blacklist the buyer for future COD orders without any notice if the buyer is suspected to be or found to be abusing the COD or anyother policy mentioned on our website in any way.​​
