• All customers/Visitors must maintain a professional/ethical decorum while on our website/mobile app. while speaking to our support (on phone/email/chat) or while writing a testimonial / review / comment. Any vulgar, profane or inappropriate behavior may attract actions such as suspension of services to the culprit or suspension of their account or in certain situations, legal actions.​

• DEPOKE reserves the right to decline order(s) (even post confirmation) if customer follows unethical / unfair practices for replacement / refunds (eg. deliberately sending wrong product pictures even when correct product(s) were sent.) or if the language used while contacting our support, writing a review is unprofessional or profane or if the customer's conduct is found to be unacceptable in any form.​

• Customers / Visitors, may not sell products purchased from DEPOKE under a different brand name. Doing so will attract legal actions however, the customers may resell our products if they like on other E-Commerce platforms post obtaining permission from us.
