Description-
MOSFET transistor IRF3205 has a maximum drive current of 110A and a maximum operating voltage of 55V.This transistor is capable of performing both amplification and toggling. As a high-speed switching transistor, it finds utility in applications that necessitate rapid load switching between input sources.
